Love Yourself

As Louise Hay states in her book Heal your Body A-Z, "When we can truly live from the loving space in the heart, approving of ourselves and trusting the Divine Power to provide for us, then peace and joy will fill our lives, and illness and uncomfortable experiences will cease to be in our experience. Our goal is to live happy, healthy lives, enjoying our own company. Love dissolves anger, love releases resentment, love dissipates fear, and love creates safety. When you can come from a space of totally loving yourself, then everything in your life must flow with ease and harmony and health and prosperity and joy."
When you love yourself, you are showing kindness and respect for yourself and others. The foundation of sharing kindness and respect for others is: self-love.

Walking Labyrinths




My family traveled to Seattle a few weeks ago... There was a Walking Labyrinth in front of the Music Project Museum. There is one way in to the center and one way out. Labyrinths are one of the oldest transformational tools to humanity. They are used as an ancient symbol of healing and for connecting the mind body and spirit. Research from Harvard Medical School has shown that walking meditations greatly reduce anxiety and stress. Labyrinths balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain and balance the masculine and feminine energies in our bodies. They represent life's journey, the journey to the soul.

Fire Releasing Meditation

Last night, my husband's friends came over. We had a great time talking and drinking mate. Making a fire can be very therapeutic. It also has a meditating effect because the fire acts as a mantra. In that moment, there are no worries or care. Since ancient times, fire has been used in healing ceremonies and to cleanse and purify the air. Fire has the ability to take away old hurts and recycle them into a new form of energy without the emotional elements. You can offer a fire releasing meditation by letting go of that which is not serving your highest good, whether it is a pattern of old belief, a bad habit, etc. Focus this energy to the fire and allow yourself to let it go. Tonight is the full moon energy, a perfect time to let go of old habits and manifest what you really want.

Reclaim Your Wholeness

We are born into this world as perfect beings. We radiate this energy until we become fragmented by Earth's experiences. It is time to put together the pieces and reclaim wholeness. As Carol Tuttle states in her book Remembering Wholeness," We come into this world with the soul intent on remembering who we are- our gifts, our glory, our our god-self. We choose an interesting way of remembering: we are remembering by experiencing who we are not. We are not powerless. We are not inferior. We are not inadequate." All of these are the the exact opposite of who we really are. Claim your power today- when you put together the fragmented pieces of who you think you are, you will reclaim your wholeness.
