Dream

Daydreaming is a state between sleep and wakefulness. Studies have shown that active daydreaming increases the brain's problem solving skills. According to experts, daydreaming can serve as a temporary escape from the "real" world, relieve stress, improve attitude, and foster creativity. It allows bigger questions of life- career, family, relationships to be contemplated. Our future dreams can be created . The present can create a foundation for dreams to become a reality. It is like soul retrieval in which we find the parts of us that are missing. Our dreams can step into the present. Rather than being outside of us in the distant future, they can become a part of us in the present reality.
